GiftMe is a digital gifting platform that allows users to send and receive monetary gifts. Users can create personal gift links, receive gifts from others, and withdraw their balance to a bank account.

3. User Accounts

To use GiftMe, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

All payments are processed through Paystack, a secure payment gateway.Important: To withdraw funds, your bank account name MUST match your registered profile name check-for-check. Mismatched names will result in verification failure. Withdrawals typically process within 1-3 business days.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use GiftMe for:

• Money laundering or fraudulent activities
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Any illegal purposes
• Circumventing platform security measures

6. Limitation of Liability

GiftMe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
